Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although spacious and clean, were quite noisy. On the bright side, the overall cleanliness and nice decor throughout the building were impressive. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with the noise level. The location was excellent, right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit, but the noise could be a drawback. The dining experience was excellent, with a delicious Colombian breakfast; however, it would have been even better with more food variety. The facilities were good, but the noise could detract from the experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were terrible, dirty, and smelled like mold and urine, but at least they had AC. However, the noise from the traffic and bars outside made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being extremely friendly, especially at reception, while others were rude and unhelpful. The location was perfect for exploring Cartagena on foot, although it was a bit rough at night. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel offered good value for money.
I loved the hotel's location, within walking distance of everything. The rooms, although clean and with a balcony, felt a bit sterile, almost like an old hospital. The service was top-notch, quickly solving any issues we had. The dining experience was average, reminiscent of a school canteen. Overall, a great value for exploring Cartagena.
